Miami bound
We ( my wife and I) are going to be moving to Miami in September. We would like to hook-up with some forum members to ge to know the area and participate in forum events.

I'm up the road from there, and there are various events in Broward county that you are welcome to participate in.
There is a cruise-in every Friday night at the Tower Shops in Davie, which draws about 200-300 cars.
Keep an eye on the southeast section for posting of other events.

Welcome to the neigborhood. 
I am about 30 minutes north. Like Mr Wonderful said, Tower shops Friday nights and then we have our once a month get together over at the Harvest Cafe in Davie.

As soon as we get setteled in I'll look you up. I am in the process of buying a business in Kendall, the closing is scheduled for 9-23. We will be in Miami the week before looking for a place to live. See ya soon.
