Any Tight Twisties in Florida?
As I will be moving to central Florida shortly, I was wondering if there are any tight twisties in Florida? Or do I have to drive all the way to West Virginia to find high speed twisties?
Yeah...Sebring (the track)...lol...welcome to central florida, btw...
p.s. if you are moving to Vero you will be quite close to Moroso in West Palm...there are quite a few guys down there that double up and race both the Moroso road course and the drag strip in the Challenge...get in touch with 16 Again and he'll hook you up...

Yes. The surronding area of Mt. Dora. Its just North West of Orlando and those back roads and large hills are perfect for Vettes. Check with the Mt. Dora chamber of commerce. They will send you maps of the area.

Some of the local bike clubs do trips to that area. I'll get details later.
There's still some good roads in the Winter Haven/Dundee/Lake Wales area. Ask anyone who used to join me for the NCRS road tour when the show was in Cypress Gardens. (Canal Rd/Timberline was always a rush!)

That's where we organized the cruise to be at for the last drive we took for Bud's moving away party sometime this summer.

Buut basically, ur moving to fl... We know you're really going to just put on your wrap around sun glasses, your white jacket, and go for a slow walk down the beach or drive slow in the left lane to **** the last of us young guys off.
The Tail of the Dragon on the NC/TN border has a cycle resort that sells Tees. One of my favorites is a parody of the description for the Tail. It says:
Drive Florida - 11 Turns in 318 Miles
Good luck and enjoy the sun and the use of your Vette all year long.
