Pinellas County Housing
We are down in Kissimmee on vacation. The wife and I want to take a ride to Pinellas county to check out housing. Looking for neighborhoods of 350-500k houses that are NOT part of an association. Can any locals give me some specific neighborhoods to check out tommorrow? Older fixer uppers are ok. Actually preferred if possible.
Looking for primary property and investment propoerty. Are there any multi-famly home units in the area? Like 4-8 units?

It's a 2900 sq/ft pool home with a 29 x 18 pool, covered patio with built in electric BBQ grill and wet bar, 30.5 x 25.5 living room with vaulted ceilings, with a fireplace in the middle and a wet bar, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (one of the bathrooms is the cabana/pool bath). Nice size kitchen, 2 12 x 12 bedrooms, 1 13 x 13 bedroom and a huge master suite with 2 sinks. 3 of the bedrooms have large walk in closets and the 4th bedroom has a french closet. The house is located in Clearwater in the Countryside area. It is a very upscale neighborhood with multi-milion $ homes within 200 - 300 yards.. Average sales price for a house like mine is somewhere around $500k. Prices vary based on condition.

On neighbor across the street is asking $676k for his house which is on the golf course. He has 3500 sq/ft.
There is NO HOA in my neighborhood and therefore no fee!
