2006 Z06 Fest - Hotel Information

I have been working with the Baymont to set us up to take the entire hotel for next year's Z06 Fest. The hotel is very excited to work with us for next year's event. We are looking to bring in Roscoe's BBQ for at least one evening event, the hotel wil provide hoses, buckets, towels, etc for car detailing, etc. Les has even pledged to provide a large tent out in the large grassy area for our gatherings during the days and evenings at the hotel.

I have worked out room pricing with the hotel that is fair (I know that I paid more than this per night at the Hampton this past year).

I know some people paid less for their room this past year, but when you take the entire hotel, the hotel needs to maintain an average nightly rate. For those that got a cheaper rate this past year, it was because the hotel was able to charge another guest a higher price for the same room (typically a business traveler), thus maintaining their average nightly rate.

By booking the Baymont we can have the entire hotel, parking lot, and large grassy area in front all to ourselves. And if we book the entire hotel, there is little chance of the cops being called to disrupt our good time.

The pricing is as follows with the number of available rooms:

$79 per night (single or double ocupancy)
Double/Double - Smoking - 2 double beds - 12 available
Double/Double - Non-Smoking - 2 double beds - 20 available
Double - Smoking - 1 double bed - 2 available
Double - Non-Smoking - 1 double bed - 3 available
King - Smoking - 1 king bed - 7 available
King - Non-Smoking - 1 king bed - 14 available
(these rooms are $89 for triple ocupancy, and $99 for quad occupancy)

$159 per night (single or double occupancy)

To book a room:

Call either 800-642-4239 or 270-843-3200
Give the reservations agent your arival date and number of nights
Give the reservations agent the type of room you would like

When you make your reservation you can ask to have a micro fridge in your room at no additional charge. They currently have about 65 micro fridges available, and all rooms will eventually have fridges (this could be done by next July)

The Baymont is ready to take your reservation, so start calling.

I know a few folks had issues when calling to make reservations with the 800 number. Talked to the hotel and it has been straightened out. You can now call either the hotel in BG directly or the 800 number. Remember to mention the Group Nmae Z06Vette.com
