I've had good luck recently with Ferrari's in Sterling, VA. They have a dyno jet and seem to know their way around vettes..head mechanic has an 05 with a supercharger. I'm sure they'd be up for a dyno day. I can ask if anyone's interested.
I have tried many times getting out to FCCT and they are always so busy. I had two days that i was free TWO WHOLE days and all I wanted was a base pull and tune....I installed all the parts already. They told me to try back in a week or so.
I thought doing Dyno runs alone without hassling with installs would be a dream come true for a shop....
Too many shops understaff with the idea they are going to increase profits...wrong answer you lose business. Hire an extra wrench monkey or two in the spring/summer race season ... it pays off in the long run
I think that C6FirstVette (Mike) had originally set up a Dyno Day at Curry's in Sterling. I know that the local Porsche and Audi groups have had a group there.
Mike had his Vette (366 with LPE Heads/Cam) out there on the last Porsche days and humbled our German counterparts!!!
