Help in NoVa!!

We're leaving for Cruise in 5 am Wednesday, and I have a tunell plate and X-pipe I need to get on the car by tomorrow afternoon.
My GHLs won't get here before I leave, but I can have them forwarded next day air to Bowling Green and get 'em on there if I need to.
But I can't ship the plate and the x-pipe, too. So I need to get them on by tomorrow evening.
Does anybody in the Alexandria area know of somebody who can put these things on? ASAP?
Thanks,
GM

Good luck!

I would just wait. Rushing things is NOT an good idea. I can see you not getting the car done in one day and you end up missing the CF event.
Just go to the event and install the headers next week or when you have more time.

I'm going to check with the mechanic tomorrow ( and have his wife call him, too). When I know if he won't be able to do it, I'll let you guys know. Sometimes you need all the help you can get!
Talk to you later.

call coming

ValdezTke offered to help me put the X-pipe and tunnel plate in at Ft.Belvoir, which is right by my house. After all hope of UPS delivering the GHLs was lost, I took him up on his offer as it was so close.
We went to the auto hobby shop, and the guy there told us they were closed Monday and Tuesday! Well, after a Grant or 2 from the Shrike foundation, he welcomed us in and was as helpful and accomodating as all git out. Good thing, because the install of the X-pipe was a beotch!
Mallets, torches, grinders and profanity was needed to get it back together. But, inshallah, it all came together.
Thanks to Bluewasp and Locash for their kind offer of assistance, which, thanks to Valdez, I didn't end up using.
Muchas gracias to da V- man for his hard work and expertise.
So now, off to BG tomorrow. Margaret will next day air the mufflers to me there, where a local installer will have the privilige of sweating their install, while I pop a cold one.
Whew!
