Hear ye! Hear ye!

The official SMC Hacker's Tournament got off with a bang! Three players tee'd off at 9:32 A.M. for a fun day off GOOF at the luuuvly Three Ridges GC!

Tony "The Tiger" Wayman
Jim "BIG GUN" Cordell
Wade "the SHANKER" Payne

TOPLESS.......you WERE missed!

It was a HOT day and it took its toll on us all. The Golf God's FORGOT we were playing today and NEVER showed up!

When all was said and done, BIG GUN and The Tiger carded good batting averages and The SHANKER carded a low ERA.

Okay, so here's how it REALLY was:

Tony was doing well but had to withdraw due to heat exhaustion. Shades of Michelle Wie.

Jim carded a 111 and had moments of brilliance!

SHANKER carded an 89 and had moments of absolute mediocrity.

It was a great day with "FREINDS" for Tony and he even allowed me to hit his new SQ Driver after all.......WHAT A GUY!!! VERY nice driver by the way!

Gotta do it again soon guys!!!!!!!

Now off to eat TOPLESS'S cooking I guess!!! DANGIT! I TRIED TO LOOSE!!!!

Nothing some more playing time won't fix......be patient my friend.

It's NOT an easy game and you're getting used to new clubs. That'd mess with anyone.

BTW, after reading my post I want everyone to know it wasn't to embarrass anyone. We had a good time and THAT'S what it was about!

F-E-L-L-O-W-S-H-I-P!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I will have to say I never envisioned Tony dressed like Michelle Wie, but it was a HOT, HOT, Sweaty HOT day....well nOt That HOT Thank goodness...NO BROKE Back Three Ridges golf.....

As for My score...Wade, Wade....you left out one small detail. I shot 111 on the front four and 1/2......

The "SHANKER " is just being modest. He patiently watched an amateur Caddyshack, Bill Murray, C-4 gopher carving dreamer (me :o )throwing golf clubs in the direction on the infamous Titlest 4 white dots....

In the mean time, he helped his average along with being a good teacher, golfer and dream date for the concession cart girl.
Most importantly, a GREAT Friend.

Thanks Wade and Tony.
Great Day....

Lets hit the course again, This time we will bring Philbio, The GRUMPSTER, Tim "THE ACE", and anyone else willing to enjoy the festivities......

:o :o :o "DREAM DATE FOR THE CART GIRL"!!!! That's a GOOD ONE!!!

Well, Philbio has issued a challenge so I'm up for that. IF Grumpy can remember, Tim's94 and CATHDOC stay in town, maybe we can muster enough to play again.

It WAS a great day!

Good job guys! Three Ridges is a good challenge. Wish I could have made it although I would have had to bow out as well. I had just tee'd off at Rarity Bay Sat. morning when Sherry called informing me that she woke up with the stomach bug. I finished the front nine out but had to leave to take Ben off her hands. Then Sunday morning, I got it. Lasted about 12 hours so better now..

My golf game is about to go downhill here soon anyway. Going to NC the last week of the month and then Tennessee Football will be here soon. That will take out a lot of Saturday golf!

Shot a 40 (5 over)

True, Tennessee will be away towards the end of the year. Depending on how they play against Cal and Florida, I may be playing even if they are at home!
Let me know a couple of weeks in advance and I will love to show you guys what a beautiful slice looks like..or a duck hook.. or a complete whiff.. or a ......
