Exactly where are you coming from? I've never heard of Lynville. I'm in Delta, in southern York County. We will travel through Stewertstown, shrewsbury and Hanover on our way down to Frederick, MD, where we will have breakfast at Denny's on 40-West. From there we will take 340 south to Front Royal. We usually leave at zero-dark-thirty and get to Frederick around 6:30 AM. You are more than welcomed to join us. Send me an e-mail if you need my telephone number...

Will be there Anny. Sorry we missed you at Carlisle this year, but we just bought a new house and was doing lots of work to it. in fact I just got back on the net Sunday. I tyhink the Toys are a great Idea where are we going to put them. I metioned this to jim last year and that was the problem. Are you guys staying over night again. if we do I think we will stay in town some where. but who knows. Look forward to seeing you again. Are new email this month will be Smlengal@aol.com.

Jim has posted a thread about motel reservasions on this section. It seems that most are staying in Luray (Days Inn).
I was with the group when Jim set this up, and it seems to be a nice place to stay.
At this point, it looks like we could expect cool weather.. :yesnod:

Hey Mark, glad to hear you guys are coming. I am going to have Toys For Tots meet us at the lot in Front Royal to pick them up. I need to call them to make sure they can still do it but as of now they said they would.
We are going to stay at the Days Inn in Luray and have already booked our room. Just pick up the phone and call them. You can't beat the price and you'll get to wait an hour for us for breakfast again :lol: Anne

The Toys for Tots rep should be meeting us at the Park and Ride where we can give him our toys. No stuffed animals please... (Per their request)
I have another thread going regarding lodging. We got a good rate on a block of rooms at the Days Inn in Luray, just down the road from Brookside.

Looking forward to our first event as new Covette owners. Having spent several years on the event organizing end, I am truly appreciative of your efforts in setting up this event. Looks like great fun! We'll meet at the Cascades shopping center for the trip to Front Royal.
