For all of those who went to Dixie Crossroads on the 19th pay close attention to your charges when they come through. I was double billed for gratuity. The manager, Brenda, said they had problems with our charges that day. If you notice discrepancies call her at 407-226-3772.
Good meeting all of you that morning.let's do it again.

Thanks for the post!

I did notice that the amount debited out of my checking was $4.48 more than the bill.
It is approx. 18% more which is what they added for the tip.
--
I called Brenda today and she gave me some "song and dance" about on the weekend the bank charges an extra 20% that should come back off. Well it's now been 10 days and no credit or adjustment in my account.
--
I bet anyone that used a credit card that day was charged double for the tip. Which makes me very made because they felt the need to add it on themselves in the first place.

It's on $4.48 for me, but it's no to the point of (Principle).

If I do not have a adjustment by Monday when I return home, I will be paying them a visit in person.

Sorry to hear that this happen to both of you. I don't see an extra charge on my bill. Could it be that only your table was overcharged? I was served by Randy and only see a 3.60 gratuity charge (18%).
I did notice that they calcuated the tip on your bill ahead of time so if you did not look closely, you may place another 20% on top of their 18%. All things considered it was a good event and good food. Let's not let that ruin it. Good job.
