How can they assume every state has the same laws on crosswalks and pedestrians. I dare anyone to jaywalk in Las Vegas. If you're not in the crosswalk...its open season and you're fair game. In PA, CT and a few other states, there are signs posted that pedestrians in crosswalks have the right of way. Question is a bit off I would say.

The rain hasn't yet had a chance to wash the oil off when it has just started.
