I plan on showing up Sunday for the races. I haven't been to the dragstip before and I looked all over the orlando speed world page trying to find out is there anything specific I need to bring to race. Once only required on cars running 13.99-or-quicker, brain-buckets are pretty-much needed at most tracks these days:
it looks like you have a drop-top, and I am not-familiar with all rulings for convertibles (i.e. - roll-bar/cages ), but I believe ALL racers must wear long-legged, non-nylon (wind-breaker style ) pants, socks, closed-toe shoes (no-sandals ), a T-shirt with sleeves (minimum, no tank-tops or mid-riff barring shirts, etc. ), with a fire-retardent jacket needed if you run 11.49-or-quicker.
If any Forum-member feels I am mistaken, feel-free to correct me.

Glen has it right...you are good with just a helmet down to 11.50, assuming you are stock, according to the NHRA "pure stock" rule...I would only add you might want to bring a cooler with your favorite soft drinks and a fold up camp chair....
Well, the weather looks fine for Sunday...80* and sunny with a 0% chance of rain...humidity in the 60's...unfortunately the norm for Sunday is a high of 70 with humidity in the 40's...so much for decent DA...at last month's event the DA was almost +4000...guess we won't get below +3000 again this time...this is January for goodness sake!...oh well, at least we are racing and not freezin' our azzes off...lol
