[SMC] Don't Believe Jim482..............
When he says he wants to go to the gun store JUST TO LOOK.
We went to Frontier Firearms Friday to kill a little time while my truck was being worked on.
Jim just looked. Bastiche!
I spent $1179.19!
But I REALLY NEEDED more guns.
My new S&W 1911
And a Bersa 380 -- just a little sumthin to carry in my pocket..............
And of course, then I had to stop by Gander Mountain on the way home because you can never have too much ammo.................. :rolf:

Boyfriends...be SKEERT, be VERY SKEERT....
Appears daughter may be able to shoot better than dad!
Ladies Night at Coal Creek Armory this week.
Maybe another SMC Event in our future?

Nice Brother Phil! I picked up a Smith & Wesson 745 .45 auto about a month ago. Sounds like we all need to get together and shoot again!

Absolutely! Jimmy has been mentioning that as well.
I'll talk to the folks at CCA about a date. It will be after Jan 15, I'm going away for a few weeks. And no, I won't be a guest at Chuck's house of lovin'.

Actually I was reading the specs on the carry ammo I got for it (Federal HydrShoks) and it listed 410 ft/lbs of energy at 1050 fps. My first thought was "WEAK!".
My normal carry is 850 ft/lbs at 1425 fps. 10mm DoubleTap.

Bastiche!
It drives Laura and the Kinderchildren nuts as well.
Imagine going to Wallyworld, walking around, ten thousand things to buy and leaving the store empty handed with a wallet full of money......
That is self restraint
Anyway, I thought you were going to buy 2 1911's. Not just one.
You can shoot left handed you know.
Why not go down in a blaze of glory firing 2 1911's simultaneously(especailly at the 25% off price you paid )?
It would be a scene from Blazing Saddles relived in KTown

I'm going to definitely be in on the shooting, although all I have to do is walk out on the front porch (or back) right now.
I just recently bought a Kel-Tec 380 that stays with me 24/7. Unbelievable accuracy in such a small gun with only has a 1 1/2" barrel. I also have a Ruger stainless 9MM.
