NOVA: State inspection issue
OK......I need some advice, My side windows have 20% tint which I know is illegal. Any brilliant ideas on how I can pass inspection short of bribery?
I have already heard go on a warm day when I can put the windows down and pull the fuse so they won't go up.
Any others?

I have seen cars pass with 20%, but I don't know who they went to. I'm sure someone will chime in with better info.

Simple solution, buy new driver and passenger windows and swap them with the tinted ones for inspections.
Or you can give me $1000.00 and I'll get you an inspection sticker!

glass for the purposes of tint, is not an inspection item (except for the front glass, where it "blocks view") I have asked about this, and it should not fail for that anymore -

Just like exhaust noise isn't an inspection item either as long as there are no leaks.......
