There are lots of different types of clubs in town and a weekly cruise-in on Friday nights down in the Boro. Used to be at the Stones River mall, but it has moved over to Rose's now.

Used to be a lot of fun but there is not as many people now and definitely a different crowd that lurking the new location than the people you would see when it was at the mall.

Either way, there are a few of us that will be there.

Rose's/Peeple's to hold our weekly Friday night Cruise-ins on their lot. We have a DJ, music, prizes, and 50/50 raffle. There is a Hardees, Tiger mart/Exxon, Donut Country and Pizza Hut on site, plus there is a Marina's, Berger King and Sonic within a block of our site. The Rose's/Peeple's lot is at the intersection of Mercury Blvd. (HWY 70) and Middle Tennessee Blvd.

And that is why I won't attend anymore. Too many of those "lurkers" are looking at (for) more than just the cars.

Been in the Boro for 10 years now. Wish I had bought some property in town 10 years ago! Can anyone, that's been here awhile, believe the growth that has happened around here??

Been here for quite awhile myself as my parents moved to Smyrna when I was a kid in 1986. It's just unreal how much the Smyrna/LaVergne/Murfreesboro area has changed. Honestly, I kind of miss the way it was.......

My daughter is in college there! She doesn't normally have a vette at school, but she did drive up there for New Year's...this was as she was leaving my home. She put about 1650 miles on before getting back home!

Im in the Boro too and the growth sucks matter of fact the subdivision I live in has a law suit against the city right now fighting being annexed. The cruise in was better at the mall im a member of the club and dont excpect to go there much this year im going to check out the one in Hendersonville that starts April 6th
