Best of luck with the new Pak in the Charlotte Area but to avoid confusion let's start referring to our group as the "VA Ratpack".
I know there are NC and MD even OH (Leo) and AZ (Ed) and CA members but to avoid confusion lets refer to VA Ratpack int he title of Posts going forward.
I'm just one of the nest and this is just a suggestion so do with it as you will. Just trying to keep the local tradition alive since it truly represents the spirit of the Forum and the Corvette Community

NO problem with changing, but IF we are the original RATACK, why should we change ???
The others should use their state name with their use of the RATPACK..
UNLESS, We are NOT the Original RatPack !!!!
then we definately should change...
But I can go with the group decision without issue..
Stay safe

Humm......Down your way.....RPM.....Rat Pack Motorsports has a fast reputation....and a couple NCCC Carolina Region Trophies.....inscribed....Rat Pack Motors.......Wanna Race?.....
There is a Rat Pack Corvette Club, by invitation only, in Indiana / Northern Kentucky. This club is very small and is open to membership by invitation only. All decisions on potential membership require a UNANIMOUS approval of all members, or the potential member is not allowed. There are some associate members of the club, as the Rat Pack always had associate members hanging around.
Each member of the pack has an affiliation to the "Chairman of the Board", "Deno", "Sammy" etc...
Many of us belong to the Rat Pack Motorsports which is an official NCCC club in the Carolina region. Unlike the club in Indiana, anyone can join. We started as a bunch of racers and that is the primary focus of the club. No real meeting, dues or BS. Just fun.
The Rat Pack has won the Carolina Region the last two years.
