As one of the many VOLUNTEERS (ie. we don't work for Ecklers) who assist in making the Reunions happen, we appreciate your recognition and thanks of the efforts made.
...now if others that attend the Reunions would just have a better appreciation for what goes into it and cooperate things would be even better....

I still think Ecklers made a big mistake in moving the show to Kissimmee. Having been to the last six shows in Titusville. The drive up US1 to Titusville is awesome. Then Dixie Cross Roads for lunch. Being a real Floridian, I just can find a good reason to go to Kissimmee. Even for a Corvette show. Just TOO close to Mickey and ALL the tourist. It would be almost like taking the Vette to Walmart.

At some point in time of the early planning stages they may not have had a choice. Or the usual option wasn't clear, so they went with decision that offered a "for sure" path.

Ironically, there are those that were disgruntled with the move and DID not attend. Yet there was more participation without them.... I can think of a few local clubs that always participated with the shows in T-ville in the past....yet even without their participation the numbers at Old Town were greater...

There are those that have griped about "the parking lot" for years, yet there are those that welcome a different venue with shade and places to eat and walk around.

No matter how you toss you can never please everyone....

I could not attend show because of business plans, I called them on Friday before show and they let me have 10% off and free shipping anyway by phone order. Thats customer service.

I will give Ecklers credit for that anytime I have gotten something damaged or wrong they have been very good about taking care of it.I tend to stay with them because I know that they back what they sell. Some others in the bussiness like Al Knoch should take lessons from Ecklers!
