Has anyone had any good service related experiences with any of the Dealerships in the Cocoa or Titusville, Fl. area, or maybe the Vero Beach area?
I live near Melbourne and REFUSE to take my car into the local Dealers here. Any of you that live in this area; I'm sure will agree with me. I have an oil pan gasket leak in my '05 C6. This will require dropping the front suspension to make the repair...I just don't trust the local people. One Dealer used to have a good technician, but since he left, the service dept has gone to hell, that's if you can even get someone to call you back.
My experience with the Orlando Airport Chevy dealer was horrible for GM warranty work on my 02 Vette. That is taking 528 from the coast. I do use Classic Chevy in Maitland for my 04 Z71 Tahoe, they have been real good for warranty work and have a rental office inside. I use a Service advisor named "Birdie" She calls back. Airport Chevy never called. I had to call them to get info on my car while it was there. And they never "found anything wrong" with my claims.
