Default Cruise In

Lisa and I just got back from Cruise In and I want to thank everyone that talked me into going. It was a great weekend. We got to do a lot of things that we had talked about doing for a while.

-We went to the museum (took a few pics, huh, Gerry ).

-We toured the manufacturing plant, (Thanks Janie ), where I got to watch them making my next car - an Atomic Orange Z06

-Got to check out two new 2008 LS3 Corvettes (6.2 L and 36 more HP)

-Laid down 340 rwhp on the dyno with just some bolt ons and still got 30.7 miles per gallon on the way home (and we weren't trying for MPG, huh Eddie).

-Got to hang out and get to know some people a lot better.

All in all, great cars, great friends, and great time.

....and Janie, I figured out how you and Lisa got sick, but you two have some explaining to do. The only time the two of you were together without anyone else was Friday afternoon at the "party". Just curious how that little bug got spread behind those closed doors.

Glad some "first timers" had a good time! There sure were enough pics of you two!

I was going to check my mileage but came on home to cool off. I guess I could get back out and fill up and see what we did for mileage. We came home a little slower than Mike and I went up but we still made good time.

Hopefully Janie and Lisa get to feeling better soon.

All she had to do was say "and you are by yourself" one more time...
