Dogboy.......we may make this our first group outing (just got he new
C6 last weekend) and the Turkey Lake plaze works for us coming from Saint Cloud. Is that still the planned meeting place?

I will be there at 8:30 (pewter coupe) so anyone else that wants to caravan than this will work for me. As it seems that there are no definate plans for a meet up spot so Turkey lake plaza it is for me.

make sure to plan your arrial time at the exit by 9:50am for the video taping of everyone entering the premises. got a few people meeting at the pilot truck stop just off the exit.

Hey, I'm new to Florida, living in Palm Harbor now...( right next to Crystal Beach) ... I've been to the Garlits Museum before, great exhibit....but this time I have my Vette on this coast..Time for a "cruise".. ... Anyone, or groupe, going up from this area....??

remember, there is no registration fee to enter the car show.

plan on entering the premises at 10:00am. not earlier. i will be video taping all entering the premises. you will be directed where to park, once you get your packet at the main entrance. this is the parking map. http://centralfloridastreetcars.com/...parkingmap.jpg if we overflow, then we'll move to the grass area to the right.

there will only be one tour with don garlits. it is at 12:00pm. so, be there and paid by 11:45am. you will get an armband only for the tour. cost is $25.00 and includes admittance to the museums.

there is a swap meet. it will be near the main entrance.

I'm planing to drive up from Ft. Lauderdale Saturday and get a room. So I can enjoy the day and then drive home. I've never been to the Museum. Drove by it a 100 times and said I should stop but never did

Well worth the trip if its your first time & bring a camera. Lots of auto history & some very special stuff to see.

You will be very glad you did. I finally stopped by this year and it is just awesome. Plan on spending a day looking at all the stuff, there is a ton to look at.
