Anybody in NoVa build sub boxes?
I'll be PCS'ing in about 2 weeks here. I'm selling the crappy system I have in my car before I leave (2 sony 12"s). I have a friend in California that is sending me one of his companies subs, 1 12".
I have a friend with the same sub in his IS300, forward mounted right where his center armrest is in the backseat, ported box and all. Has the center laid down to where you can see the sub, sounds amazing!
I want to do something along those lines, but am not handy when it comes to making a box. I'm getting a good deal on an Alpine pdx1.600 to go along with it. I heard that thing pusing two JLW1's and it was insane.
I want the box to be the width of the trunk, kind of partitioning the trunk in a way I guess. If anybody can do this type of stuff, I am very interested in talking to you. Just tell me what supplies to get and how much you charge and we can talk. Thank you.
