NOVA Corvette Consignment
Do you guys know of any place in the NOVA area that will sell your car on consignment? I'm ready to get rid of this Z06 thats collecting dust in my drive way.
I've got nothing but sub $25K offers from CF.
Thanks!

Hmmmmmmmmmm ... lets see who won
this bet!
I think Bluewasp is the winner with --- 2 months!
But, I guess it really depends on the time of sale.

Juan, do you want to sell me that supercharger for ~$1000?

Generally cars sold on consignment are ones that may take a long time to sell, and whos value can fluctuate significantly. Like an older Ferrari for example. The dealer doesn't want to take on the risk of being fluctuated out of all their profit, so they will sell it on consignment.
I don't imagine too many people sell Corvettes on consignment, especially late-model ones, because that just doesn't happen. The value is fairly fixed, and will decline at a fairly predictable rate as it sits on the lot. If you wanted to go that route, you'd basically just sell it to a used car dealer, and they will then sell it themselves.

The first C6 I saw in the flesh was at FofW. Though this was right when they first came out. That's also where I saw the first Shelby Series 1 in the flesh...

Bummer that you are selling the car. There's gotta be a lot of interested people in the NOVA area. Have you tried autotrader?

Guess you need to address several in this thread, not just single out one person...as outside of a couple, most didn't add anything productive in here.
Perhaps a little bit of forum Karma to someone who pi$$ed in my and other people's threads before?

I don't know what your problem is...NVCC forum works just fine...nobody blocked your account.
Although with your
attitude...maybe it's a good thing you can't access it.
