Wish I could come out Sonny but I just got a little bit closer to being out of debt with my dad (only 400 bucks to go ) for the c5 and don't wanna risk stretching myself too thin between now and next paycheck .

Maybe next time.

Rain check here too, I just got home about an hour and a half ago from breaking down the interior and rebuilding my groups trailer and re-painting everything...had enough time to cut the grass and run the carpet cleaner on a nice spot the dog left me before I logged on...plus my cousin is coming over to use my photoprinter after work tonight....us dang close Italian families.

BTW, I "borrowed" my father's truck to haul our trailer today....sshhhhhhh
(K2500HD 4x4 with the Duramax 6.6L turbo diesel and Allison 6 speed auto Tranny)

I could not even tell there was a trailer back there. For those of you familiar with the exit that takes you from I64E to I264E (with the sorta steep grade and curve), no hesitation, nothing taking that turn and incline ...pulling a trailer with that truck is so smoooooth in fact, I had to set the cruise control to 65, at one point I looked down and was doing almost 85

When the vert is paid off, I am getting me one of those.

I've been paying it back as I get the money. Some months 1100 bucks, some months 400 bucks, some none. I think I'm doing okay for a kid my age though. Borrowed XXXX in January and should have it all paid back by the end of October. Then for the surprise of giving an extra 500 as "finance" charges sometime between then and X-mas, parents are too good to me sometimes.

John 11 years ago, the C5's were out (I bought my C4 the end of September of 96 after the 97's were released). Mine was an 85, although highly modded...and straight pipes with no cats...it would make your Bullets sound stock.

(NEVER could get that dang hood adjusted just right though)

john, one of these days you may be lucky enough to have the opportunity to return the favor to one of your children. that's what my father-in-law is always telling me when he helps me with something.

joe, i'll try to throw out a little more notice next time. i didn't even realize there was a fight last night until thursday night. i'm part italian too... but i'd like tight families anyway, even if i wasn't. haha. btw, i'd love to have one of those trucks too... i've got one on my long term "gotta have it". i'd rather see them put that motor and trans in a suburban, and then i'd probably get one now. i think they should follow ford's lead with the big tow SUV's. maybe i should call somebody and tell them??

Dang, time flies so fast. I neglected to remember that the next model year comes out during the previous year.

11 years ago I was a 7 year old riding a bicycle.

and that's why I'm saving for full exhaust and England Green's largest cam.
