-=-=-= October EVENT =-=-=-

What's so special about that date/time? Mind you, I don't have a problem but don't we normally select a venue/activity first and then select the time?
How about a Hooters run? Hmm, on second thought that would automatically exclude certain Calloway owners as their Significant Others will not permit them within one-half mile of any of these fine establishments.
Just let me know "where" as we have already established the "when".

As for hooters Wednesday is always the best time... As for callaway owners I think he is allowed to go

I (*89x2*) offer the following idea for a NOVA (dinner) Event:
At the last BBQ Ribs cruise, CSC5 and I were talking about the crab
season
and how long it has been since we all got together to pick crab.
A favorite of ours for a long time, Tim's Rivershore offers some of the
best
seafood in the area and while that may be reason enough for most, the
two-mile road to the and from the place is pure driving heaven!
Here is the website for Tim's: http://www.timsrivershore.com
Typically, the crabs are much cheaper this time of the season and the
all
you can eat is a great bounty! While seafood is their specialty, they
do
have a few menu items for those that do not like seafood - either way,
the
drive is worth it!!!!!
A few other notes - if you have never been to Tim's, it sits in between
the
railroad tracks and the Potomac River and the road (for the last 100
yards)
is gravel. While I have driven Corvettes there, I generally take the
truck
or beater. Not to scare you, just to warn you in advance!
Also, traffic coming from I95 can be bad at times. While the place is
an
honest 15 minutes from the BBQ place, it an seem much longer. My
suggestion
is to plan your trip to arrive a bit early, or make up lost time on
Cherryhill Rd. leading down to the place!
See you there! Chris.
