So I'm waiting...

.....on my Z06 to get delivered to the dealer here in Charlotte from Orlando, FL! The transport had to stop at a few other dealers on the way up so the sales rep didnt know exactly when it will be here but I am going nutz! I don't think I can stand waiting another day....lets all hope it gets here tomorrow! My GTO is back to stock and ready to go!!!!

It was a Yellow 2004. Headers, tune, exhaust, CAI, hood, Short Shifter and throttle body.

Yeah good point, it better be here today though. They shipped it last Friday from Orlando and if I would've known it was going to take this long I just would've gone down and gotten it myself! The last 5 days or so have been so long waiting in anticipation, I'm sure it will all be worth it though. I'm so excited to finally be able to go on the long cruises with the club though! The '69 is great to look at but with manual EVERYTHING it is a workout to drive, especially on long trips.

I hope you have better luck than the guys at circut City last night. They were loading a 56" plasma in a guy's SUV and dropped it in the parking lot! Last one in the store and no new shipments due until Saturday. Worse: pre-paid Christmas gift and only a store credit was offered...

I found it at the Carmax in Orlando. Picking it up in the morning. When they were inspecting it for NC they found one of the headlight motors was slow and they were replacing it this afternoon.

I'll put up a few pics tonight, after I can pick my jaw up off the ground! I'm picking it up at 3:00pm today but I snuck down there on my lunch break and saw it....simply amazing....can't believe I am finally getting my dream car. Well it's here! Didn't get it home until 6:30 so there wasn't any light to take good pics. I'll do what I can tomorrow. Time to go for a cruise next week!
