Some of us will be running the dragon on Jan. 5 if anyone wants to join us. We will be cruising up from Nashville, so if you want to meet up, just PM me and I can give you the details. This is weather permitting of course.

Hope you guys had fun. I was there around 11 and there were not too many vehicles. I had to try out "Our" Christmas present to eachother.

I was very curious how the soft-ride suspension would handle. In my opinion it did very well. My Dragon skills were a little rusty (Three years Vette less) as a Mini-Cooper decided to play with me a bit, but after a few turns I got into a groove of spirited, but not over the top driving.

 

We postponed until this coming weekend due to weather issues. As on right now, we will be up there this Sat Jan. 5. Come and join us if you can.

 

Let me know what time you'll be there.....I might be able to make it this weekend.

I'm in Knoxville. Ive never done the Dragon - only the Skyway..not sure i could keep up with everyone. im more part chicken than daredevil on curves...that coming from almost dying when i went off the road once. kinda puts a damper on stuff - ya know?

its sunny but cant get the vette out - too much salt on the back roads around here. is anyone else from this area meeting for the drive?

Oh yes, its a ghost town up there this time of year. The LEO's left when the bikers did (got cold). We were up there in Nov. and didnt see a one...
