Jimmy, are we still looking at Hooters as a sponsor??
They have been on board from the very 1st one at Waterside...
I still have all the contacts , but I have not contacted anyone, except Michelle to let her know you would be getting in touch with her for "Relay for Life"..Let me know if you want me to do anything, if not, I will assume everything is taken care of...and wait for the registration information..
I spoke with Michelle last night and she IS on board. Why don't you contact her as she was going to be working on getting Hooters involved. Perhaps the two of you can confirm that?
Date is ok'ed by the City!!! April 12 is the day!
American Cancer Society is the Charity (Relay for Life)
Waiting for official word from Hooters
Waiting on word on extra room (gotta go before the City Council)
Rick working on Hioliday Inn as Host Hotel again
I'll start a new Vettes at Waterside Update thread very soon but the event is now offical for Saturday April 12, 2008

Tony, I will take care of setting up the Holiday Inn social for Friday evening like last year with the Beachcombers...I will arrange the reserved Corvette parking in the garage as well...
As far as Hooters they usually provide the DJ, door prizes etc..and the Girls...as well as the patio..ALSO Any member who would like can also bring a nice door prize to donate for the door prize Raffles..
I will try and confirm Hooters with Michelle asap....
How's it going buddy?

Rick,
One way or another I would like to see Jack at this event. He put too much effort into these Waterside events to NOT show up!
