Although this is not a "car show", this swap meet and car coral is one of the largest in the country. It is well worth attending. You WILL be able to find almost anything you need. It is twice per year, and I travel to it, about 100 miles, at least once per year.
Agree its a huge event. The November show is always much bigger (they have it the weekend before the Turkey Rod Run down in Daytona so they can catch people traveling down to Florida).
Always a lot of cars for sale of all types (I believe this past November they have somewhere around 2,000). Lots of used parts and auto related antiques/collectibles as well.
My dad always goes (its just a half hour drive from Valdosta) but I try to avoid it so I don't spend any more money...
