My original plan was to stay home and just relax this weekend, and I found a nice lazy parking lot show to do that benefited the Make-A-Wish Foundation, so I jumped in on it.
It was a small show, actually only about a dozen cars or so, some of them where quite nice.
My only complaint was the judging, it was done by participant/spectator voting. With it being a small show, people who had family/friends come with them got multiple votes those who didn't get single votes (going on the theory that everyone at least voted for themselves.) So here were the Winners.
Third Place
I agree with this one, after I first looked at the car, I knew this was going to be top 3
Second Place
The pictures does this car a GREAT justice because you can not see all the surface scratches in the paint...the driver's door panel was missing, the face of the dash was missing, and either the back seat was missing or folded down and was covered by a sheet.
First Place
He rolled up with two people in the cab with him, and a few buddies in an Escalade.
One of our own, Ron (who is a lurker) had a C4 Vert that he sold in February, was at the Waterside show last Saturday, missed hit car, and went out and bought an 04 Vert on Monday.
Joe, as your car goes I honestly would say you were robbed at that show. Unfortunately I think the same thing will happen to us next weekend even if we use the ambush tech. Well I am considering entering the new pony in the stables next week to. Well Jynean just jumped up to a PILOT officialy today.

So where are you gonna keep this one...if you buy any more cars the land lord might make you rent another place just for the parking spaces.
