Alright Georgia Crew - To better keep track of all Corvette Events going on in the state throughout the year, we can keep a full list here with links to threads and other participating websites. These are not strictly Corvette Forum Events, but also a list of shows, and charity events that other Corvette Clubs put on.

If anyone knows of any other events they'd like to see on here, please PM me with details and we will get it up on here!

~Jo

...and as soon as we can get dates on when the Micro Car Museum opens back for the public season, we'll start a thread to pick a date for that as well.

well, a midweek run is not completely ruled out - I heard that come september/october the 'fall flu' runs rampid - we might all get sick at the same time and sadly miss a day of work.

I really want to make it out to this place, esp since I caught it on TV, and a couple of the cars have even made it to Top Gear (well, the peel p50 anyway)

I'm also going to be organizing another lunch meet for us, but thought I'd pick someplace new and fun...so as soon as I come up with that, I'll post details (or if anyone has suggestions for a great restaurant they'd like us to go to, PM me!!) I'm always open to new ideas!

I'll take off on any day to go see it. I've had it on my "to do" list for a couple of years. I didn't know anyone else was interested. Here is a link for anyone that hasn't seen it. http://www.microcarmuseum.com/index.html

Just wanted to invite everyone out to my charity car show in September in Clayton, GA. All the money raised will go to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Last year we raised just over 2,000 dollars and had around 50 cars. This year our goal is to double those numbers. The show will be at Hillside Orchard Farms in Tiger, GA. The parking lot is all paved and there will be music and food all day. They also have a corn maze for those wanting to bring the family. There will be awards for Best of Show, Best Chevy, Best Ford, Best Mopar, Best Import, Best Truck, Best Mustang, Best Corvette, Advance Auto Parts Pick, Clayton Carquest Pick, and Top 25. The entry fee is 20$ and all the money goes to JDRF. If anyone has any questions feel free to send me a PM.
For pictures of last years event you can go to www.aapcarshow.com
Here is a link to the flyer feel free to pass them out everywhere! If anyone would care for hard copies let me know and ill mail you however many you want.

No the PSP is still involved we are taking it thru NGIVettes.org, with the event listed as GA Corvette Group to blanket the different Georgia Clubs and those folks that are not accoscaited to any particular group.

Thanks for adding the event
