I had a great time! I enjoyed the fellowship and seeing familiar faces and meeting new friends. I wish the weather would have been better, but I had fun on the cruise. It was my first and I'll look forward to the spring cruise. Thanks to the local PD's who assisted with traffic control. Stay safe out there-You're appreciated!

Got there Sat.
Only 2 items that I think need addressing: 1- The Corvette's need more parking. 2- The auction seemed a little disorganized. Some mis-comunication between the guys working the bidders and the auctioneer.
Other than that, every thing seemed to go great!!
Can't wait till next year!

I had a great time, but the only issue was the cruize. I was toward the rear and of coarse we got seperated. It didn,t seam that we left the way it was written up on the print out. We came up to an intersection and Vettes started coming back. One guy in a vert made a circular motion with his hand to turn around. Eveybody started turning around and when we came up to an intersection some went one way and some another. I followed a group of five and someone must have known where to go because we wound up on the route somewhere along the way. I never got to talk to the 5 vettes I followed because we got split up parking and then everybody left their cars to eat. The food was great, and alls well that ends well, but there were some cars following me that I left trying to catch up to the ones ahead of me. Never saw them again.

I agree with the auction. We tried to bid on the two car trailer but could never get anyone attention. Granted we were standing to the side but we were in plain view. If they are going to push the auction they need a bigger area. There was hardly room to get the cars turned up on stage.

A comment on the cruise,,,
Unfortunetly some changes were made in the route a day prior to the cruise. Traffic through Sevierville made that a necessity. New route directions and maps with milage between turns were handed out before the cruise. I attempted to make sure everyone had an updated map at the driver's meeting. When some traffic lights and 175 cars are involved some will get lost. I even stationed myself a a few crucial turns to insure that the cars went in the correct direction.

I apologize to those that didn't get through the entire cruise.

I'll make sure Byron reads this and I know they are already looking into the Corvette parking. I'm not sure what they are looking at as an alternative, since parking is limited because of all the construction going on. I believe I heard that some new parking areas are being considered by the Seveirville Events center.

I'm sure both the Cooper's and the Auction company will be interested in the feedback about the auction. This tent was considerably larger than last spring, but it was filled and to over-flowing at the beginning of the auction. This is a profesional auction company and they should have never missed potential bidders. (IMNSHO)
