I wanted to know if anyone would like to meet up in Fredericksburg during the first weekend of march which is the 2nd, or maybe the last weekend in march. It was suggested to meet up during the middle of march but since it was going to be my show and I will be overseas for 3 weeks in march.... I couldn't really set anything up. Also I would need someone to help me out incase my dates change and I have to leave early or come back later..... I would also like a few suggestions of places to hang out there.

...Close to that time, in the very begining of April, there is a MAJOR Corvette only cruise to Capt. Billy's CrabHouse in MD just over the 301 bridge. We meet at various points to allow all from the Northern Parts to meet up w/ the Southern folks and "convoy" in w/ Sherriff's escort the rest of the way!
BTW, they have chicken and Beef on their menu as well as Seafood.
I would be more inclined to do that event again...

Maybe we should explore that seafood thing.
Just over the bridge on 301 in MD I think puts it in the general area of Fredericksburg (30 miles or so)

We did this run last spring and had a ball. It's sponsored by ACCC. We're doing it again this year. I think Hockey said he wanted to do it as well...
The cops block off the road and the bridge and let us all go over in one big line. And the food was pretty good as well!

I think his point was he missed the first one and saw how much fun the second one was, he had to recharge the old ticker batteries after that. :D Bernie just doesn't look the same to him now. I think he might have been ordering some orange shorts in a certain size :eek: :eek:
