Default Waterside Parking/Entry Reminder

Ratpackers this is just a quick reminder of some things that will make your Waterside experience better tomorrow.
Open your package and read it befiore you come! There are changes to how we will enter this year due to the construction going on down there Of course I know this because I just opened mine!!!!

1. There will be VOLUNTEERS helping you get parked, they are Vette owners too and are there to help you get parked safely and in compliance with the City of Norfolk Rules. Please be patient and understanding they are there to enjoy the day too.

2. Please do not arrive to be parked before 9:30am, Registration will be under the pedistrian bridge by the parking meters in the main Waterside driveway (enter where the flags used to be).

3. Entry and exit will be tight so try to arrive with the group you want to park with and we'll do all we can to keep you together but no guarentee we will be able to.

4. If you like parking out front around the Waterside Entrance, let the folks at registration know since most of the activities will be in the back by the water. We'll need some volunteers to park up front this year to fit all the cars

5. PLEASE do not block the entrance with unloading trailers. We will not be able to allow you to unload in the Waterside Driveway. If you trailer your Vette I strongly suggest you do some recon and figure out where you are going to unload and park your rig. We have no provisions for either at the site.

6. Come with the CORVETTE / Hampton Roads RATPACK SPIRIT, get parked and shined up and : Let's have some fun!

Maybe there will be a prize for the car with the most pollen.

I have to be there Early Early so will be leaving around 6:30 or 7:00am, I'll leave a tile or two in the HRBT for you Jeff

We have the pollen thing handled, some of the parking is next to the construction area so we'll try to see that the pollen is covered with dirt and dust

It should be fun, parking will be tight out back but we have overflow parking in the front, I think we'll get everyone in

I was parked under a tree so I just gave up on the pollen battle...
