[NC] - HP at the DQ
Any CF members in the Charlotte NC region (13 counties, 2 states) interested in making a cruise-in to a local DQ?
Who can say no to a healthy dose of Corvette horsepower and a DQ Blizzard or hot fudge sundae? Might make a nice Sunday afternoon outing with a significant other before the start of the work week!
Working on securing a location in the metro area for Sunday, July 19th. Will post details (addy and time) in a couple of weeks. Who's up for it?

How about a Tuesday night? We could hit Christopher's for a burger and a cruise-in and then off to the Strickland's Ice cream shop across the street. Or if a DQ is in order, we could hit the one in Gastonia on Union Rd

OK, how about Wednesday July 15th and we meet in the lot at Strickland's Frozen Custard in Lake Wylie, SC? The street addy for GPS is 604 Nautical Drive, Lake Wylie, SC 29710
Say 7:30PM and we'll see who shows up? Be after the dinner hour and still a couple of hours of sunlight. Bring your chairs and cameras and we'll chat it up.
I can attest to the custard - wife and I had some on July 4th and it was excellent!
