Dyno tune, NC,SC
Where do you NC, SC guys get your dyno tune done at? I'm looking at Staples in Durham, Mayhem Motorsports Raleigh? RPM in Garner.
Car is a '96 Corvette LT1. I have a mail order tune now. Just installed a cam and want to tweak it out.
I live in Aberdeen (75 miles South of Raleigh) so the closer to here the better. Thanks

Williams Performance in Mooresville might not be too far from you... lots of LSX shops in the Charlotte area.

Thanks H.
Can he tune it though? It's a '96 so it's OBDII.

No, I am sure he can't. He's a mostly Ford guy.

Probably easier and quicker for you to go to Laurinburg than 7 Lakes from where you are???

RPM in garner is the only one I would trust. Some of the fastest lsx and lt1 cars around.

That's good to know! I've been talking with Jason there already and hope to get the car up there this week if he has an opening.

Alvin @ Tick Performance is hands down the best tuner in that area.

Much appreciated and I've heard of them but that's a two hour drive for me. I'm going to give RPM a go this Thursday.

Another good tuner to consider is Aaron Lail at TruDynoSports in Conover, NC (near Hickory).

My overall opinion on them was very good. Brian's a super nice guy and easy to talk with. Although they couldn't find the exact problem I'm having with my '96 they fixed a few little things for me. They also pointed me in the direction I need to go to get it squared away....hopefully. I think you'll be happy using them. When I get these issues taken care of I'll be going back. They fooled around with it for over two hours and only charged me a 100.00. -Mike
