Hey, welcome to the neighborhood. Suggest checking out Frederick as well - tends to be cheaper that Howard or AA counties (them and Montgomery are where all the Rich Folk live) :D

Sorry to see you move my friend. Good luck on the search for a new house up there. It looks like I might retire in about two more years and start the search for a new place to call home also. We might be back early enough to make the Hooters event. Not too sure yet but I'll keep my fingers crossed. :seeya :troll
