Colonial Downs Corvette Gathering...June 19
Colonial Downs is offering to host a "gathering" of corvettes, all ages, on June 19 in New Kent, Virginia. We would get admission and billing and VIP group parking immediately beside the grandstand. I'm meeting with them next week to further discuss options/arrangements. This is one of their premier race days AND live bands / micro-brewery stuff ! You can go on line and review activities already planned for that day....This would NOT be a car show...just a showing of our cars and a hell-of -a get together !!!. ONE negative...any cars coming to park in the select VIP ares must arrive before the first race and stay 'till the last. that would be roughly from 11:30 to 5:30.
They would like 60-70 cars if we can muster up that many and any registration fee we access ourselves would be 100% to a known charity There is a "Bike" show there the same day and we can piggy-back registration/charity with them.

I might-could make the 19th, but I'd need a bit more info. All I can find on the 19 (on their site) is a "Trizotic" Handicapping Contest. Is that the day?
