Need help in Birmingham area, please...
My driver's window has been acting up for a while and has finally stopped working completely. I worked on it for several hours tonight and have about convinced myself that my problem lies in the switch itself rather than the door control module. I was hoping there might be a member here locally that would consider meeting me sometime in the next few days and letting me try their window/lock switch to prove my theory before I go spend a small fortune on a new one. Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes from start to finish, and doesnt require removing the door panel; the switch just pulls straight out, and there is one plug on the back.... Thanks in advance, guys!

Have you taken your door panel off and just for sh*ts and giggles... give the window motor a tap with a hammer??? The motor itself.. and not a heavy whack, but just hard enough to give it a jolt?? Don't want to break the window.
I know it sounds crazy, but this has worked for many a power windows that have gotten stuck.
