Scott, sorry to hear about your job man. I don't know if you remember me or not, a friend of mine named Matt and I used your lift about 2 years ago to install headers on his red 07 C6. Your lift was awesome and tons of help for us! I will ask around Macon and see if anyone needs your help or the lift. Good luck to ya!! Andy

Hey Andy. I remember you guys well and look for y'all around town all the time. Sure seems like there are a lot of C5's and C6's here in middle Georgia. Hopefully folks will get in touch with me when they need something. I just couldn't imagine paying out the nose for work at the dealer. Hope all is well and feel free to stop by anytime.

I have a very close friend that lives right off of Wimbish so i'm always thinking about ya. Matt actually bought a cadillac so he's not in the Vette world anymore but he and I sure had a good time with his car down at Silver Dollar right before he traded it. I will surely come by and see ya sometime........Hope you and the family have a great Thanksgiving holiday! Talk to ya soon.

Scott, sorry to hear about the job loss. If I hear of anyone looking for some vette work to be done I'll send them your way.

I may be looking at having headers installed in the spring. If I decide to do it you'll get the job!

Sorry to hear that Scott. I lost my job in March so I know how it is. I hope you can get lots of work. I don't have a vette anymore or live there anymore so I don't need any work done.

PM me an estimated price for install of RPM Trans, New Converter, and differential into a 97A4. Ill be driving up from Jacksonville. This is probably a couple months away, so that i can get everything together and get the time off work.

Thanks!

Let's get this back up top!

Scott, I may need to install shocks soon. Can't make up my mind on Bilsteins or C6 - Z06. I'll let you know when I'm ready.

Sounds good! Racing season is coming up soon and I have a few things lined up that will keep me busy for a couple of weeks. After that would be great.
BTW - I have a practically new set of T1 shocks that might be a good option for you.

I got my c6 lowered, and want to swap out my shocks to help from bottoming out. Will the ones you're selling work? If so, place me 2nd in line

The T1 shocks are the same length as the C5Z shock.
You need more shock travel if you are bottoming out. That would require an aftermarket shock.

C6 Z06 shocks have a shorter travel and are pretty popular for lowered C5's. Bilstein sports would also be a good choice as they too have a shorter travel.

Thanks buddy.

Just finished up another clutch/torque tube job and a poly bushing install with a full track setup including alignment and corner balance for a fellow forum member and the car turned out great. It's gonna be fast. Thanks again Greg for the opportunity!
