Hey BUCKO'S Crew....
I know there was a little talk a couple months ago about us hookin' up in the neighborhood to cruise down to the Poker run next week....but was wonderin if there'd been a time an' place established??? :confused:

I guess I've let you folks down lately. All of a sudden it got real hectic around the QikStik household. I am in the midst of starting up my own business. Actually two businesses!! :eek: Plus Gena just got through with "busy season" (Tax CPA), so my Mr. Mom duties might relax a little now....I hope :( !!
Anyway, enough excuses, we need to at least find out about Buckos' schedule. I will call them today (I promise :bb ) and post again when I find out.
UPDATE: I called Buckos (I know...hard to believe!). They are now back under the ownership of the original owners, Missy and John. I talked with the new manager and she said that they weren't sure if they were going to do the cruise-ins anymore because there was a new barbeque joint down the street (old Hardee's) that had a cruise-in on Thursday nights (anyone hear of this one?). I told the manager to have Missy call me. I'll keep you all posted!!

I think it was hungry folks meeting for breakfast at cracker barrel at 7, and then all leaving from the steakhouse nearby at 7:30. Unless I hear different, that's my plan!

No, I can't make the poker run. I'm sure it will be a blast!!
Oh well, it is Friday evening so I think I will go drink a lot of beer. At least then I will have an excuse for acting goofy!!! :bb
