Saw a unmarked black 2018(?) Mustang with tinted windows pull over a car in the Monroe/Indian Trail area this evening. Was a red import also surrounded by a bunch of marked police cars.

Not sure if it still had a temp tag, it was late at night in an unlit side road in Monroe when I passed. Not sure what happened but there were at least 3 other police cars involved.
