ATL Here I come !!
Hey yall,
I am from the Northeast and for work I am relocating to Atlanta in a month ! I am looking forward to meeting some new corvette enthusiasts...and driving my vette more often !!!
Is there a big community down near /in atlanta ? I see there is a speedway so I can drag it a bit more...right now i have a 4 hr drive to my closes venue....

When are you arriving? We are planning a cruise in the GA hills on Dec 1st. That may be too early for you but let us know. There are a number of car clubs around the area. Do you know what area you will be locating?.... "the ATL" is a big place....

I will be down there on teh 29th...I may be able to attend.. Depends on how the unpacking goes.

The dragstrip is in Commerce, I'm hoping to make it down there some next spring. It's a 1 1/2 hour drive for me, I'm in upstate SC. I've been around the Charlotte,NC crowd a little more than the Atl area, but I hope to get to know more of them next year. Also Road Atlanta is just off the Braselton exit on I-85 and they seem to have some good meets there, haven't been to one yet myself, but looking forward to next year. Anyway welcome to the south

Along with commerce you can always go to Silver Dollar. The F body guys always hold their meets down there. I would always gain a tenth or so there over commerce so I always liked it more
