Does anyone do HUD installs within a few hours of Charlotte?

 

I'm planning a trip to South Carolina to visit family in Columbia and will probably visit old friends in Charleston. Not sure if you'd want to make a trip out to SC in about a month.

 

Yes, Columbia is do-able. Not going to be in Spartanburg while in the area are you? I am there often. Thanks

I haven't lived in SC in probably 14 years but I think Spartanburg is in between charleston and colombia... I am sure I'm wrong though lol

 

Andrew, Spartanburg in west of Columbia. It was just a thought. Would you like me to start a thread in "general" to see if others in the area want HUD installs or is time a factor?

 

I'm good with that. As long as Spartanburg isn't 2 hours away from colombia then I'm good with that.

 

According to google maps, from the center of Columbia it's 92 miles to Spartanburg and 122 miles to my home outside of Charlotte,

I've started a thread in "general" to see if others in the region are interested. Maybe we'll get lucky and get a few more to join and even a more centrally located spot to do the work.

I have a small one car garage in Spartanburg and plenty of space in Charlotte.

 

my grandmother lives in Lexington, not sure if that helps out any?

Anyone wanting HUD installs, replacements, upgrades and new installs. Plans for a southern/east coast and some mid west stops along the way. We'll also be doing other miscellaneous installs including DSVettes items as well. PM for info.

For HUD installs you must be on the list at least 3 weeks prior or I can not guarantee parts will be in due to shortages.

August 16 Leave Houston arrive in Biloxi, MS
August 17 Leave Biloxi, MS arrive in Columbia, SC (visiting family in and around the area and Charleston, SC)
August 20 leave Columbia, SC en route to Carlisle. I'll be in or around the area until the evening of August 25.

Haven't really planned route too much yet as I generally have several folks in Dallas that want installs done and I'll try to include that on the route back which will put me more westerly than direct south.
