Gheesh!...I am tired of looking at my garaged 'vette!...it has rained everyday for the last three weeks in Charlotte!...
Enough already!
It's been raining for 2 weeks straight in Florida too, yesterday I said the hell with it and took the vette out, drove it in the rain.....And it did not melt
No kidding! We're right outside of Charlotte and I tried to take my top down this afternoon which lasted about 20 minutes. Had to dash outside from the restaurant and put my top back up. Jeesh! Okay Mother Nature we've had more than enough rain!
I drove mine around south Charlotte this morning - got home - THEN it stopped raining! Ughh.
Will you come help me brush all the rust off my chassis components then? j/k...I get the point of fiberglass not rusting but after this complete body off restore I will think 3 times before putting mine in moisture.
Edit: the cow began peeing on the flat rock again here just north of ATL...guess that is what I get for being a smart a**.
Picked up my 2009 Convertible 8 days ago and Uggg. Got to drive it for about 10 minutes with the top down. Forecast is for 10 more days of this on and off stuff. Haven't heard anyone say, "Well we needed the rain anyway."
