I will be at the show but not entering as my car is FAR from being show worthy...
What time do you want everyone to meet up there? Also, there is an Arby's, Applebee's, McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Chick-Fil-A, and Taco Bell in the parking lot. Im sure thats enough choices to satisfy any appetite.

Excuuuuuuussseee me, but there is a wash and show category! Thats what I entered my car in, its not a beauty queen by far. The entry fees go toward different charities.
I'll be the guy making sure you only have 1/8 a tank of gas or less, then sealing your cap and making sure you disconnect your battery.
Don't worry about the gas, there is a Mobil station within a few hundred yards of the Expo Center!
Looks like I'll be in town on the 4th of Aug... Collin, are you going to be at Dulles or BK anytime before then... I could just give you the cash then...
Robert
I could also help out once I get my car inside and ready. I wouldn't mind judging, :jester :jester :jester mainly just my car!! :)
I have not only got my reserve text message to come up but also the red warning light on the dash that says Check Gauges or something like that. Now that's low. :yesnod:
Nah, Low is when you are on 66 and the car turns off...

I have heard not to many have entered the show!!! They really need people to come out and help...
I have a good friend that has a NCRS Top Flight winning 55 or 56. The car was chosen to represent his year at Carlisle for the anniversary. I'll let him know about this event.

You know I haven't really heard anything about the show other then from NVCC members... Need to spread the word out to NON-NVCC members.

One of my cars was chosen for the Carlisle Evolution display this year too - but it has a full tank of gas in it... I used to be in this event every year at Koons back in the mid 90's, but it looks like I will be a specatator at this event (still looking for how much spectator entry costs).

Unfortunately the County Fire laws dictate the amount of gas that can be in the tank. Myabe you could siphon most of it into a few storage containers and still be able to show the car?
Just an idea, and according to the show flyers I don't see where we are charging any spectator admission! So at least come out and look at the great cars!

See, I won't admit that. :D
Ask my ex and current wife how many times I've run out of gas.
