Hooked on Driving has a 1-day event late January at Roebling Rd. We looking into a private VIR date, but they are closed Dec-Jan, and rental in Feb around about $9k/day with required staffing etc.

A year or two ago, vir was doing partial course rentals for something like 1500 bucks for the smaller setups... is this not the case anymore?

Chattanooga Area Events Coordinator

Not in the states you are looking for, but I just registered for Tracks Unlimited event at Road Atlanta Feb 28th. One day event. I think their website is tracksunlimited.net. The give a lot of track time in a day. something like 3 hours of on track time per driver.
