Was wondering how many of you in south florida go to car events and track days. Looking to maybe tag along with someone. I don't own a vette anymore but sure miss it, just looking to maybe meet some new people.

What part of South FLA are you??
We are former NY'ers down here now for a couple years.....we are in Pompano Beach!
I would love to meet some Corvette owners as well!
Would even be better if someone could point me to a local group with somewhat of a younger demographic... .... It's always great to bond with all people but at 30 currently, a younger group would be a better fit as the Vette meet I went to was averaging 60 - 70 and ^. Again that's great but just for the sake of all around compability ( I hope I'm not offending anyone and they understand my point of view)

Hi Dave, we are heading to homestead tomorrow, come on down.
Mike
This Sunday is all Corvette show, in the local area, come down and meet Corvette owners and clubs, and say hello to all.
The second flier is another show March 15, in WPB, and should draw lot of cars and clubs.

If the weather is good tomorrow's show will be a big turnout...
Hey nice to meet you.
I'll be up in West Palm on March 14th for a wedding, so I'm planning on sticking around and attending the Cars & Coffee that Sunday (March 15th).
Here is another interesting car show in S Florida helping out great organizations called Hospice that helps the terminally cancer victims.
There is also live group that plays DooWop.
Hey, I saw your other post about washing your car as well.
I live in Miami (Brickell) but used to live in Broward, so I know the area.
I also commute to Plantation (Pine Island Rd and 595) for work though I'm only here about 50% of the time.
Do you want to wash your own car? If you prefer doing so, there's a spot I found in Hollywood that you can do so (I can't wash my car in my condo either. I usually do so in Coral Gables at a relative's, but might start doing it at this Hollywood wash if I know I'll hit rush hour on my way home).
I also have a great guy who can work on your car for aftermarket stuff, and reasonable pricing for top top notch work. Granted if you have a C7 you're probably well withing extended warranty, but if the mod bug hits soon let me know.
