can anyone tell me where in maryland or virginia i can find a track open to the public, so i can let my vette run the track

Maryland International Raceway in Budd's Creek, MD is one of the best tracks on the East Coast.

If you're looking for a road course, Summit Point near Charlestown, WV is very good with lots of challenges for various skill levels.
