Yeah and if he needs a co pilot (not sure what your plans were Charles)...let me know! I would love a ride SoSlow. Iam available for M session as well.

Yes that does look true...we in fact definitely could all be in a second heat as well though...everybody I know of signed up for at least 2 sessions.

Thanks Charles I appreciate it! I've watched grow up over the years and he was my first choice for the seat and of coarse you were a close second!! He'll have a blast driving it and I'll enjoy seeing it run...

Thanks Jeff I'm sure we'll be able to work something out. The way the car is setup for Talladega it will be fun to drive..

I just received this from Brian the president:

Jeff, you guys are scheduled together. You can't see the whole spreadsheet, so you won't see that. Company Q is a special case that is arriving late. We scheduled to the best of our ability all the clubs that wanted to run together.
So we will see when we get there I guess.

"Hydrasport' 3 sessions - Bill brown.
Got my letter in the mail. Looks like I'll not be running with any of the CF group but at least I'll be there with 3 sessions. G,O,Z group. Z group, last run of the day. May or may not stay for that one, got a long drive home.

Hi Tim,
I was wondering about 2013. I thought maybe they didn't have a sticker that year. Hopefully they'll be doing stickers this year.

[QUOTE=US Icon;1592274456]Here we go...

So that is what it looks like. I'll have to dig around and see if I can find mine.
Now the question is how did Mike put the 2014 sticker on the outside of the can?

This is the week we've been waiting for Vettes4Vets week is officially here. In just a few days the high banks of the Talladega Superspeedway will be covered in beautiful plastic cars. The weather forecast is looking great and we are looking for a special week. Vettes4Vets sponsor Hendrick Chevrolet and the Hoover Corvette Center is offering very special pricing on any new Z06 in stock this week and veterans can receive this special pricing on any new Chevrolet at any time. This is a great time to save thousands on a new Z06. Call Gary Nelson at 205-824-7517 or 205-215-9065 (cell)

Default Hoover Cheverolet reply

Exciting news everyone!

Hendrick Chevrolet announced this morning that if they sell, or have orders, for 10 new corvettes by the end of the month, they will donate a car to a veteran in need. The veteran will be selected in the near future.

"GM Supplier Pricing" is in effect on all corvette sales at Hendrick Chev Hoover only until the end of the month.

I truly wish I had Reply all on this email, I cannot believe what I am reading....I am a 26 yr Navy Vet and Corvette owner and have attended Vettes 4 Vets on 2 different occasions....This "exciting news" is a slap in the face to all Vets. In an effort to sell 10 Corvettes we are "donating a friggin Corvette" to a Veteran in need???oh my god, if this isn't the most selfish thing I ever heard of, who in the world even imagined that a Veteran "in need" would NEED a Corvette, this has touched a sore spot with me and before I get myself in trouble, I will say this, take this offer down and donate the money to helping further PTSD research or shelter for a Vet for a week or 2? what do you think? Our Heroes are living under bridges in TN in Washer and Dryer boxes....How is a Veteran in need supposed to maintain a Corvette??? When they don't even know where there next meal is coming from???
