Here are 5 Chevy dealers in the JAX area. I haven't tried any of them, so I can't say good or bad about any of them.
I have heard several good reports about Coggin.
There have been absolutely zero recommendations, repeat -- zero, for any independent Corvette mechanics in and around Jacksonville.
Let us know which one you choose and if you would go back or not.

George Moore Chevrolet - 10979 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225 (Just south of Dames Point Bridge, among lots of car dealerships)
Coggin Chevrolet - 10880 Philips Hwy, Jacksonville, FL 32256 (Near The Avenues shopping Mall)
Burkins Chevrolet - 273 E Macclenny Ave, Macclenny, FL 32063 (Out past Baldwin and US 301)
Ron Anderson Chevrolet Buick GMC - 464054 State Road 200, Yulee Yulee, FL 32097 (Fernandina Beach & Amelia Island)
