It's interesting that GM named the newest C7 color in honor of this track.
That's the second time for Sebring. Way back in 1962 GM designated "Sebring Silver" on the new '63 Sting Ray.
The Corvette carries many paint colors in honor of various tracks throughout the U.S. One of those tracks closed over the years (1969) and it was practically in my back yard. Marlboro Maroon on the 1967 Vette was named for the Marlboro Motor Raceway in Prince George's County Maryland. The remains of the track can still be seen from US Hwy 301.
So take PICS of the Sebring track as well as the cars.

Anyone seen a schedule for the '18 Sebring Corral?
I politely complained at Petite LeMans to the folks that run the Corral that the schedule for race day is always screwed up. The Ron Fellows presentation always conflicts with the pre-race pit lane walk. Both at Sebring and Road Atlanta.
Got our Sebring Corvette Corral tickets a few weeks ago. This will be our first time in the corral. Hoping to see a schedule of events soon. Noticed on last year's schedule that the parade laps were on Thursday, and you needed to sign up a few hours in advance, and they limited it to 100 cars. Anyone know from prior experience how tough it is to get a spot in that lineup? I'll get there as early as necessary that day to sign up. I really want to take my car onto the track.

Have done the parade lap several times and the last two years they have had room for everyone who wanted to drive or ride along. They have a mandatory safety meeting and give you a dot to put on the upper left of your windshield.
No schedule yet I have found but the parade lap usually is Thursday PM after a track safety meeting. Drawings occur throughout weekend with the Ron Fellows Willow Springs happening Saturday (Race Day) Full meal provided Saturday (Pulled Pork Sandwich etc) but plenty of snacks, water and soft drinks the other days.
Wonder if Mobile One will give the 0- quart of Oil this year?
Hi Everyone: My wife and I had a great time at the Sebring Corvette Corral a couple of weeks ago. Our first time there. Plan to go back. The parade laps at sunset were worth the price of admission alone. The most fun I've had driving our C7 so far. I put together a video montage of our first lap, as well as a few clips from the 2nd and 3rd laps. As you'll see, most of it was recorded with the car's PDR. Here's the link:

Nice Has anyone seen the photos IMSA posts of the parade lap of each car?
